Description: Class A tournament, valid for qualification for the Spanish Championship.
Komi: 6.5, games without handicap.
Game system: 5 rounds, MacMahon system, Japanese rules.
Time control: 60 minutes per player + 3 × 20 seconds byo-yomi
The first Hokusei tournament is open to all players, both Spanish and international, of any level.
Registration for the tournament will be subject to available space for the event (limited to 44 participants).

Saturday, 18 April:
- 09:15 – 09:45: Registration and confirmation of participants
- 09:45 – 10:00: Pairings
- 10:00 – 13:00: Round 1
- 13:00 – 14:00: Lunch
- 14:00 – 17:00: Round 2
- 17:00: Round 3
Sunday, 19 April:
- 09:30 – 12:00: Round 4
- 12:00 – 14:30: Round 5
- 14:30: Prize ceremony
Prizes:
- Tournament Winner: €200
- Second Place: €100
- Third Place: €50
Los premios están sujetos a una participación mínima de 20 jugadores (en caso de no alcanzarse podrían verse modificados) y para optar a ellos estar presente en la ceremonia de entrega.
Image Rights
By attending the tournament, participants grant the Hokusei Go Club the right to use photographs taken during the event for potential public communication through media or the internet.
